About Me
I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where my dissertation explored adolescent girls’ responses to emotionally absent or depressed fathers. I earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marital and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
I am licensed as a Psychologist (CA Lic. #34203) and as a Marriage and Family Therapist (CA Lic. #50699). I am also trained in multiple evidence-based practices, including Standard and Teen Triple P (Positive Parenting), MAP (Managing and Adapting Practice), Seeking Safety, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I have experience across diverse clinical settings, including outpatient centers, residential treatment programs, and community mental health clinics. My training includes working with adolescents with co-occurring disorders, dual-diagnosis adults, and families navigating complex challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
