About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I also completed two years of post-graduate training at the Pacific Gestalt Institute and trained at Antioch University Counseling Center, an outpatient clinic serving a diverse community.

Over the years, I have provided therapy in residential treatment centers, community counseling programs, school-based services, and intensive outpatient programs for adults. I have also served as a clinical supervisor, guiding other therapists in providing compassionate, effective care.

I practice from a relational Gestalt approach, emphasizing authentic human connection as the foundation for healing. I also draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to tailor our work to your unique needs and strengths. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
